MY LOVER IS IN LOVE WITH MUSIC.

Welcome to my page where you find interesting piece. I'm so excited to share this heartwarming piece with you and I hope you will like it or even fall in love with it. Lol. Come read with me. My lover is in love with music He learned how to play the strings rather than play with a girls heart. But I'm his girl and  he plays me like the strings And I am the lyrics of his songs Music can be deceptively truthful and the words may be rainbows of lies But right in the oasis of love we lie side by side Singing about our flaws, and imperfections As he held the guitar and hit the strings He sang; I am a hopeful musician and miserable lover Trust me, when i say i sing to sleep And the birds songs calm my spirit My love language is music; don't freak out when I share my favourite list. I don't know how to argue,it irritating So bear with me when i sing in the middle of an argument, because I don't waste notes. You may not like the sound of the strings Or understand ...

PINCH THE HEAVENS (morning coffee collection)

By Gana Ruth....     Hello! I'm Ruth, and I'm excited to have you here with me.This is my blogspot and over a year now I've been posting poems and short stories here.  In this season, I want to add something new on the table which I termed "Morning coffee". I understand that not everyone loves to take in coffee in the morning while some wouldn't mind midnight coffee. Inspite of this, coffee made from varieties of natural ingredients is good for the body and that's what " morning coffee" is here to do. This season is going to be different from the previous season, I will be dropping both peoms and other interesting  piece to refresh you for the day ahead, and I hope it makes you feel good just like your coffee. To day I will be dropping a short poem and its titled...                 ...

YOUR SILENCE IS LOUD

YOUR SILENCE IS  LOUD....  I know there is a thin line between reality and mirage Somehow I want to dig deep into your heart Maybe I would find the light that would light my path. I wish I could google your life Unfortunately you avoid networking with me I'm walking myself up to the truth But sadly you've built a wall around you. I'm dying in curiosity I'm losing concentration The preacher said I should consecrate myself, But loving you is not a sin, so I need not make any confession And even if I have to, then it should be to you Maybe I don't fully understand your body language But each time  you smile, my heart is fully satisfied. I'm tripping to your voice I'm falling off every track I have of you And I'm training myself daily to stay on track loving you. I want to know your fears I want to know what makes you cry So I can differentiate between joyful and painful tears I want to know what makes you smile too So I can be it all and more. I...

I NEED A HOME

I NEED A PLACE TO CALL HOME! I need a place to call home. A place where I can rest my head and sleep peacefully. A place I can equally express my self verbally  with no fear. I need a place to call home like the Galaxy, so beautiful and peaceful. A place others can admire, and wish it's theirs . I need an atmosphere where I can free my wings and fly far in to the Sky. I need a home where play is pleasant and jokes aren't forbidden I need a home where friends and families eat and dine together with out holding grudges. A place where I wouldn't crave for freedom because in it there is freedom. I need a place where responsibilities equals maturity. I need a home where my mouth would not know what it feels like to lie, because what binds us together is the transparency and truth that exist in us. "Where truth lies, lie doesn't have a place " I need a home I can be challenged to take up tasks that will prove  how much I can give back to the society. I ne...

THE GIRL NEXT DOOR

THE GIRL NEXT DOOR*** The girl next door is not my sister. She isn't even my friend., But a girl I admire. She smiles bright like the stars. She doesn't braid her hair, always letting it fly. Her beauty is not found under the complexion of her skin Or her  blackish lips, But inside the holes  between her nose line. Her definition of love is found in the heart of men who stood still in the battle front in far  beyond, And  also  the love of YESHUA, the one who made her In his image. The girl next door  loves music, The only thing that made her say Hello! When she hears R&B beats blasting from my speaker. She said darkness is a threat to her. Night hours reminds her of the day her mother passed on. She said day break awakes her functional ability to give life a second chance. She doesn't believe in second chances. Her ex had came by the other day to plead she returns to his heart The heart he locked when she needed him. Yet She said " I don't ...

AFRICA'S PLIGHT/AFRICA'S HOPE

AFRICA'S PLIGHT/AFRICA'S HOPE ****** I heard about a continent called Africa And I know it's surrounded by rivers flowing down the Atlantic Ocean  From its adverse resources, the beautiful nature and scenery.  From the heart of the Niger River, to the serene Murchison Falls in Uganda.  Tales of masculine men walking through the Red Sea with their bare chests.  I heard about the Sahara Desert, and its hotness. I heard about the Drums from West Africa,  To the upbeat Swahili music in East Africa and the tales of Shaka Zulu. I heard about the war in Burundi. How blood was spilled just because of tribes. I heard about the judicial killings and turbulence in Kenya and Nigeria. I heard about racism, do Black lives really matter if we cant protect our own? Thanks to Nelson Mandela who fought to safe the black race.  I heard about slave trade. How some colony of men felt safe enslaving the black race. I heard about the uproar in Libya. How kids handle g...
