Brian and I

Brain and I grew up in a little community, where kids finds comfort playing under the Mango Tree. There our mothers drain out oil from grinded nuts. He was a month older than me and mama always tease us with the phrase "Husband and wife".  That phrase sounded cheesy, maybe embarrassing, but Brain and I kept our friendship mutual. Mutual in the sense that he fought for me,we played together and he was  always ready to share his lunch box with me. College was pretty no fun with out Brian. Maybe I grew fun of always having him around. There I was hoping and silently longing to see Brian during sure break. My friends were enjoying the comfort of being together with their lovers, And I wonder if Brian was also having fun with another girl. I long to hear him say " Nike,I love you "or " Nike I wish to date you because I love you "! But those words never came,not even a slight of it.
